Drink Name: Ramos Gin Fizz
Added by: Matt
Drink Type: Cocktail
Amount & Ingredients: 2oz gin, 1/2oz lime juice , 1/2oz lemon juice, 2oz simple syrup, 2oz heavy cream, 1 egg white, 2 drops orange-flower water, 2oz club soda
Instructions: Shake all but the soda without ice for two minutes. Add ice; shake for a minute more and strain into a slim glass. Top with the soda.
Comments: Created by New Orleans barman Henry C. Ramos in the 1880's, this fizz is proof that egg whites really are a brilliant addition to cocktails.
